He continues to lead and build these portfolios through ongoing acquisition and integration, bringing over 30 years of experience in the technology space to his 20-plus years in the real estate industry.

 

In 2020, Smith led 16 companies, 14 offices and over 400 employees to record-breaking success, connecting with companies to share best practices around culture, operational challenges and capital strategies. His unique insights and guidance helped many companies navigate uncertainty caused by the pandemic. He developed partnerships and delivered technology that helped to move the industry forward.
