Sean Moudry co-founded Steps Real Estate in Boulder, Colo., in 2014, and has led the company through a dramatic 160 percent year-over-year growth. Steps Real Estate has become one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in Colorado. It now operates in four locations, and the company has plans to expand nationally.
Moudry obtained his real estate license at the age of 21, and his hard work and dedication led him to be named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame by the age of 24. He was also featured in REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 Under 30” list. Moudry led a Keller Williams real estate office through the recession in the role of CEO. He recruited over 115 agents in one year, and the office wound up in the Top 10 nationally and was ranked the No. 1 commercial real estate office.
Moudry coaches real estate agents in his company to help them be successful and profitable. He also educates real estate professionals across the country and provides them with the tools and insights they need to succeed by hosting the podcast “Recruit, Train, Retain.” Moudry believes that the secret to success is to focus on the big picture, set goals, and keep working toward them.
“Success cannot be pursued; it must be ensued,” he says. “Focus on something greater than yourself and success will show up. Success follows intention.”
