In 2019, Cross Country Home Services and HMS Home Warranty both announced a company-wide rebranding to Cinch Home Services. Cinch also sponsored RISMedia’s Power Broker Reception and Dinner at the Fairmont San Francisco.

Cinch provides its real estate partners with online tools, marketing and sales support, 24/7 customer support, dependable service, and affordable coverage that make it easy to add a warranty to a home sale. Unlike most other home services, Cinch has also established relationships with companies in the financial services, retail, utility, P&C insurance, and other industries and serves several Fortune 500 companies.

Cinch is working to implement home service solutions for smart homes. It has introduced digital offerings to make it easy for customers to send messages and check claim status, as well as an Amazon Alexa integration and customized field service management interface. Investment in technology helped the company double in size in four years and grow at twice the industry average. Its annual revenue is now almost $500 million.
