Internationally renowned real estate leader Tami Bonnell was named co-chairman of EXIT Realty Corp. International in September 2021.

Under her leadership, the company has grown in every sector, from bringing in and mentoring new agents, merging and acquiring companies and even adding 50 new offices in the span of six months.

Among her many achievements in such a short time in her new role, Bonnell was recognized as one of the 200 most powerful and influential people in residential real estate and among the top 10 women leaders.

Bonnell is known for her passion to invest in people, and has been doing just that for over 40 years. “Putting people first has never been more important, whether it is the consumer, agent or broker,” she says. “You cannot disrupt skillset and personalization.”
