A pillar of real estate leadership for nearly three decades, Candace Adams entered a prestigious new chapter in 2025 when she was named executive vice president of HomeServices of America. After serving as president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York and Hudson Valley Properties for over a decade, Adams transitioned to her expanded role in May 2025 to foster enterprise-wide collaboration and performance across 32 operating companies nationwide. While elevating to this national executive position, she continues to serve as chairperson for her longtime brokerage home, ensuring a seamless transition and continued mentorship for the Northeast leadership team.
