Throughout 2022, Sumney visited HomeSmart brokerages across the country to teach Marketing Essentials classes to agents and provide tips to increase business. He also launched the “Drive to 5” webinar series to help agents explore new ways to generate listings and leads while crafting a stand-out online presence and learn how to dominate the luxury market with tailored marketing designed to impress.

Sumney was also an integral part of launching HomeSmart’s Agent Equity Program in 2022, where HomeSmart agents are granted restricted stock units for every licensed real estate agent they refer to the brand.
