As chief technology and product officer of data-centered firm ATTOM, Todd Teta is responsible for maintaining the real estate industry market cornerstone of the “one-stop shop” of data solutions and analytics.

During 2023, he oversaw the launch of new ATTOM solutions, such as Propensity to Default (designed to find properties in danger of going under thanks to integration with ATTOM’s mortgage data), Property Navigator and Neighborhood Navigator (enabling subscribed companies to offer the best, relevant data on properties and neighborhoods for buyers).
