This year, he was the driving force behind the firm’s high-impact training initiatives, including the “60 Days of Summer” series and the 2026 Business Planning program, providing thousands of agents with actionable growth strategies.
Before his enterprise-wide promotion, Downing led the firm’s Winnetka office to more than $1.2 billion in annual sales volume, securing its position as the highest-grossing office on Chicago’s North Shore and a top 10 office in the entire Chicagoland region. His leadership earned him the distinction of being named Managing Broker of the Year, Suburbs, by Chicago Agent.
