Vince Leisey’s decades-long legacy as an industry icon reached a new level in 2025 as he assumed the role of president of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, expanding his influence from regional brokerage success to global franchise strategy. This year, his focus was on increasing effective communication and instilling an entrepreneurial mindset across the network, leading to the creation of the AI and Innovation Working Group to develop agent-focused efficiency tools and prepare the franchise for future industry shifts.
Known for building a powerful, agent-centric culture, Leisey strengthened the network’s value proposition through new initiatives, including monthly agent mastermind sessions and weekly “Quick Win Collaboration” calls, aimed at driving immediate results and professional development. This commitment to empowerment mirrors his work as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate, which closed over 10,000 units in 2024 and maintained its No. 1 ranking for closed units by a brick-and-mortar office in North America.
Leisey’s ultimate goal is to “enrich the lives of others,” a mission exemplified by his continued mentorship through the REThink Council and his leadership of the company’s philanthropic efforts for the Sunshine Kids Foundation. His hope, as he moves forward in his new position, is “that I can continue to have a positive impact on both agents and brokers.”
