New Realty Executives Office Launches in Voorhees, New Jersey

March 6, 2007, 2 am
Reading Time: 1 min read

RISMEDIA, March 6, 2007-A new Realty Executives office has just opened at 1101 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, the second Realty Executives office in Camden County, according to Martin Brown and Sharonn Thomas, Broker/Owners, who are licensed in NJ, PA and DE.

Martin Brown, formally broker/manager of Re/Max Preferred, Voorhees, brings over ten years of solid real estate experience to the new brokerage, and holds the GRI, CRS, CRB and CTA designations. Sharonn Thomas has an extensive real estate and investment background, has assisted countless buyer/seller transactions, and has helped many real estate investors build profitable portfolios. Together their commitment to Realty Executives Brown and Thomas of NJ & PA Realtors® is to offer exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors in the local Camden County markets.

Over 40-years ago, Realty Executives introduced the 100-percent commission model, which allows agents to keep the entire commission earned on a sale in exchange for a broker's transaction fee and a share of the monthly overhead costs. This concept attracts the most experienced, confident and hard-working agents.

"We are busy recruiting new and experienced agents who want to work in a more productive, agent-centric environment," says Brown. "We have attracted a lot of interest from agents who want to keep more of what they earn and who are committed to providing their clients with the personal attention they deserve. Our commitment to exceptional service and the community is what drives our business."

Realty Executives International, the Phoenix, Arizona-based parent company and franchisor, was the first 100-percent commission real estate company in North America, creating the new method of operating a real estate agency in 1965.
