Real Estate Raffles Spark New Life and Creativity In Market

March 8, 2007
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, March 8, 2007-With so many families struggling to afford a home, new hope and creativity has entered the marketplace. Dream Home Raffle is bridging the affordability gap and following the trend of giving the underdog a chance of fulfilling their dream of homeownership, in addition to raising funds for a local charity. The Grand Prize winner will have the option of choosing the home or cash. This initial home raffle is the precursor to the highest valued home ever-raffled at 3.25 million.

Ticket sales just began for the chance to win this Custom Home or $500,000 cash. The home is located in Santa Maria (within the county of Santa Barbara), and is valued at approximately $650,000. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two-car garage, approximately 1,950 square feet, with a contemporary open floor plan, RV parking, and a large soak tub in the master bathroom, including an array of attractive amenities.

Tickets are on sale for $150 each and are available by visiting www.DreamHomeRaffle.org . To be eligible for the Early Bird Drawing of cash prizes totaling $28,000, purchase tickets by April 23, 2007.

The Early Bird Drawing will take place May 7, 2007:

– 2nd Prizes: five (5) prizes of: $1,000
– 3rd Prizes: thirty (30) prizes of: $500 each
– 4th Prizes: ten (10) prizes of: $300 each

Grand Prize Drawing for the home or $500,000: July 1, 2007

All tickets purchased before the Early Bird Drawing, including all winners, will remain eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. With a maximum of 35,000 tickets to be sold, the odds of winning are excellent.

All Proceeds will benefit Revival Tabernacle, a non-profit organization, transforming the lives of individuals, families, and youth through education and outreach programs.
