Sky Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Stacy Haas

March 8, 2007
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, March 8, 2007-SKY Sotheby's International Realty, the Sarasota-based luxury real estate brokerage firm, announces Stacy Haas has joined the firm as a sales associate. She will work out of the new Lakewood Ranch office.

Previously, Haas worked for Kingston Realty in Sarasota and has resided in the area since 1997 when she moved there from Tennessee. As a SKY Sotheby's International Realty agent, Haas is ranked in the top 10% of the local real estate board and must have average real estate transactions of $750,000 or more and list at least 12 properties every year.

"SKY Sotheby's International Realty is cutting edge in their thinking and approach to the real estate market, and I'm pleased to now be part of this team" says Haas. "Anyone can do the same old thing; but this company takes everything to a new level in their professionalism, customer service, marketing, and networking. When you're surrounded by the best people in the business it makes everyone better."

Before starting her real estate career, Haas had a thriving interior design business for more than 14 years serving clients across the country, as well as Europe. Her recent introduction into the real estate world was a result of the solid relationships she built with her clients. Often, they would seek her advice on purchasing their next home, investment homes or homes for their friends. After years of assisting her design clients, most notably her international clientele, with their realty decisions, Haas finally got her real estate license and became a Realtor.

Haas is still involved with interior design, occasionally providing her services to clients and representing home accessory companies such as Ballard Designs on the Home Shopping Network (HSN). She attended Ohio University and received her Bachelor's degree in journalism, with a specialization in advertising and minors in business and English.
