RISMEDIA, May 31, 2007-Title Resource Group (TRG), a full-service provider of title, settlement and vendor management services, has announced the appointment of Elliot Rose as senior vice president for TRG’s Southeast Region. Rose, a seasoned executive with 35 years of experience in real estate operations and sales management, will help lead the region’s overall strategic direction and administer all aspects of its growth and expansion plans.

Rose most recently served at NRT Incorporated, TRG’s sister company within Realogy’s operations, as executive vice president for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc. in Florida. Prior to that role, he was senior vice president for Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services in Irvine, California. Initially, he began his real estate career in Buffalo, New York, where he held vice president roles for both Hunt Real Estate, the largest commercial real estate company in Western New York, and Howard Potter Real Estate, where he worked for 13 years in real estate sales and sales management.
