RISMEDIA, Oct. 8, 2007-Jonathan Nicholas, Obeo senior vice president of sales and marketing, will be a featured speaker at this year’s RE/MAX® North Central Training and Education Conference 2007.
The one-day conference will be held at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel in Wisconsin on October 16 and also at the St. Paul RiverCentre in Minnesota on October 17. It offers an in-person educational and training opportunity to all RE/MAX affiliates and recruits.
Nicholas will bring a humorous slant to his lunch presentation for the conference, “Technology: Cash Cow or Mad Cow.”
Prior to joining Obeo, Nicholas previously served for over seven years as the regional director for RE/MAX of Indiana, overseeing the day-to-day operations of more than 100 franchised offices and 1,800 sales associates. With his leadership, the organization grew to the top market share position in the state by producing more than $4.5 billion in volume and exceeding 36,000 transactions annually.
He currently serves as the president-elect of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and is a much sought after speaker, industry strategist and futurist for his trade. He also serves the National Association of REALTORS on various committees ranging from public policy to business issues.
