RISMEDIA, Feb. 1, 2008-Matthew Ferrara & Company was selected by the Tennessee Association of Realtors® (TAR) as the Training and Support partner for their implementation of TransactionDesk© software. Instanet Forms is now the standard Forms software used by TAR, and is free to all members. Real estate agents and Brokers can add TransactionDesk© functions, such as contact management, forms management, and digital signatures, to best fit their business needs. To help them make the transaction, Matthew Ferrara & Company will be there every step of the way.

According to the company, Matthew Ferrara & Company is creating a certification program for onsite trainers, and building online training modules in several levels, which will be delivered in live Webinars. The total package is designed to help the TAR members maximize TransactionDesk© forms creation, document management, and other vital features of this tool.

CEO Matthew Ferrara said, “Our team is very excited to be helping the Tennessee Association of Realtors® launch this cool new transaction platform. Our trainers and Help Desk staff look forward to working with TAR’s membership to make this transition as smooth as possible.”

Matthew Ferrara & Company is now providing one-on-one help to individual agents through the Tennessee Association of Realtors® TransactionDesk© Help Line. The staff of the TechHotline has been trained to assist TAR members in getting started with the software, as well as helping them work through any problems they may encounter.

Steven “Buzz” Steele, director of Marketing and Research for the Tennessee Association of Realtors®, said “The time-to-market factor was the major consideration in selecting Matthew Ferrara &Company as our partner. They could provide Trainer Certification and implement Webinar training very quickly, and in a manner that the majority of our members could easily access. Plus, their ability to offer a customized Help Line as an additional resource to our members was very important. Their expertise in providing a total training and support solution made us feel very confident.”
