Effectively Meeting Company Objectives

RISMEDIA, Feb. 28, 2008-Today’s on-the-go, high-tech society offers just about everything at a near-instantaneous speed. And, as we all know, that’s exactly what consumers have come to rely on; everything needs to be “the faster, the better.” So why shouldn’t the same hold true for company communications?

To make its firm more efficient and satisfied with consumer demand, Maryland’s Champion Realty partnered with QuantumDigital, which offers just that-a cost-effective solution for all online direct mail and digital printing needs to help agents keep in touch. Over the past year, with quick turnaround and a high-quality product, QuantumDigital has proven to be a valuable partner to Champion Realty.

“Anything that will set an agent apart has to be timely, chock-full of truthful information, and has to look like a million bucks,” says Lauri Ladd, director of marketing at Champion Realty. “QuantumDigital provides a product that does just that.”

After working with another direct mail company that didn’t meet the time-sensitive needs of a growing real estate firm, Ladd says the company started looking elsewhere based upon three objectives: time, money and quality.

“The timing wasn’t working for us,” says Ladd. “I had to keep people on staff just to come up with new ideas. We started looking for a solution to our timing and template needs. This way, when agents get excited on a Saturday night about a listing or a home sold, they have everything they need to spread the word.”

With 20 offices in the Chesapeake Bay region of Maryland, all 500 of the firm’s agents can rely on QuantumDigital’s professional quality.

“It’s incredible,” says Ladd. “They have over 7,000 templates that our agents can use, whether it’s postcards, flyers, business cards-anything they need and even a few things they didn’t know they needed. They print within 24 hours and mail within three to five days. It’s like clockwork.”

When it comes to using QuantumDigital’s backend, Ladd says that it’s extremely easy for the agents. With the help of QuantumDigital’s customizable training materials, Ladd is able to hold training sessions for her agents. Plus, should any other questions arise, QuantumDigital’s customer service team is able to provide all the support Champion’s agents need.

“QuantumDigital allows you to use their templates, so it’s literally as easy as logging in,” says Ladd. “Each agent is set up through our intranet site, so our agents don’t need even an additional URL or password to remember.”

Once the agent has found the template they’d like, whether it’s for a flyer, postcard, or business card, etc., Ladd says the process is as easy as putting an attachment into an e-mail.

“You fill out the form, then point, click and preview it,” says Ladd. “They also allow us to create templates for our agents that they can customize or use as-is, yet they are all tailored for Champion’s client base.”

And the rewards also extend to Ladd. “I don’t have to spend a lot of time thinking of new ideas for simple things like open house cards, sell sheets, business cards, etc. I know that QuantumDigital has them and I can concentrate on other items. We really could not have made a better business decision. ”
