Exit Regional Owners Choose ONJAX for Franchise Members

RISMEDIA, Feb. 29, 2008-Three prominent Exit Real Estate Groups have selected Onjax LLC, a provider of web-based front & back office applications for real estate, as a preferred partner. Regional leadership from Exit Realty Florida, Exit Realty Nevada, and Exit Realty Upstate New York have each selected Onjax, in separate partnership agreements, as a preferred vendor for their Exit Real Estate Franchisees. As one of the emerging leaders in Web 2.0 applications for Real Estate, Onjax provides affordable lead generating website solutions for real estate brokers and their agents. Onjax also provides integrated Leads Management CRM and Transaction Management applications.

“After months of extensive research to find the right solution for my own brokerage, Exit Realty Infinity, I selected Onjax for my own team,” according to Brandon Roberts, principal broker and New Regional Owner for Exit Nevada. “The Onjax offering represented such a powerful yet easy-to-use solution for my franchise, that we are exclusively endorsing Onjax for all the Exit Nevada franchises in the future.”

According to the company, Onjax was also recently introduced as a new preferred vendor at the Exit Florida Annual Broker Retreat in Tampa, Florida on January 24th. As the preferred vendor for the Exit Upstate New York region, Onjax already services several Exit Brokers in Upstate New York. Exit Homeward Bound in Binghamton, Exit Team Advantage in Oneonta, and Exit Pro Realty in Rochester are just a few clients in the Exit Upstate New York region.

In other company news, Onjax also announced new client agreements with Exit Realty Properties in Pine Bush, NY, as well as Exit Topaz Realty in Tampa, FL, thanks in part to these new strategic partnerships.

By providing interactive online consumer tools, primarily powered by Multiple Listing data, Onjax helps Realtors drive leads from their Web efforts. Onjax’s Leads Management System allows for Web monitoring, activity tracking, and communication functions to help Realtors incubate their leads to closing. Lastly, Onjax provides a comprehensive, yet easy-to-use Transaction Management application to tie together all the participants, activities, and documentation involved in a typical closing.
