Goomzee Positions Agents to Meet Demands of Mobile Expansion

RISMEDIA, May 1, 2008-In their commitment to meet increased consumer demand for mobile access to information, real estate mobile marketing company, Goomzee, announced the release of its 2nd generation text message marketing platform, Goomzee Connect 2.0. The company is also expanding into a new office and adding team members to support increased demand for their services.

Living in an always on, always connected world, consumers expect to have a plethora of information at their finger tips at the click of a button. To accommodate those expectations, Goomzee enhanced its software solution. Over nine months and countless man hours went into a complete re-engineering of their Web-based campaign management and two-way text messaging system, geared to meet current and future needs of buyers and sellers.

“We pulled out all the stops. We gave our engineers in the US and Europe free reign to architect and build a best-of-breed software system to support client needs, from individuals to the largest global enterprises,” states Goomzee CEO and Founder, Mike Sparr. “I am pleased to say that all expectations were exceeded, and our clients recognize that value.”

Most of the 2.0 enhancements improve efficiency for sellers. According to the company, users can easily navigate the system to manage their campaigns, even for the most technologically challenged individuals. To facilitate enterprise needs, Goomzee enhanced the user ability to manage large amounts of data with live search, filtering and pagination updates. The system also accommodates multi-user accounts; teams, offices and associations for maximum flexibility.

Facilitating the live exchange between buyer and seller has been a major focus of development of Goomzee Connect 2.0. Agents can send updates or communicate with leads via text message, e-mail and Skype, all via the Web admin. Agents can now receive alert notifications on multiple e-mail addresses, supporting sales teams, according to the company.

The system is built upon the same frameworks as Fortune 500 companies’ enterprise software systems and many features boast more advanced technology. Goomzee says that it envisions global opportunities for its innovative marketing platform and has invested heavily in building a scalable, enterprise solution. The software can be translated into any language for worldwide deployment.

“We work closely with customers, observe how they use our technology, and develop enhancements based upon their feedback and our own extensive research. Our strong ties in the mobile industry, both in the U.S. and abroad, give our product team valuable insight. This allows us to offer innovative solutions to clients and keep them ahead of the curve. Our hosted software is updated regularly and new features are added monthly, so clients benefit from continual enhancements at no extra cost,” adds Sparr.

Goomzee plans to add three new employees in their new office to handle the addition of new clients, features and service with room for expanding their team as the business continues to grow.
