Paul Grover and Robert Northfield to Address the Crowds at RISMedia’s Leadership Conference

RISMEDIA, August 25, 2008- It’s true–the market is down. However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t still make a great living. Although prices have changed, it is crucial for agents to understand that listing a property at the most accurate price could be the most important thing they can do to sell it. But what about those sellers that don’t want to listen?

Don’t miss Paul Grover, Senior Vice President, Kinlin Grover GMAC and Robert Northfield, Realtor, Burgdorff ERA Realtors in the breakout session “Prices Have Changed-The Best Way to Present Bad News to Sellers,” facilitated by Darryl Davis, President, Darryl Davis Seminars as RISMedia’s 19th Annual Leadership Conference at The Roosevelt Hotel in New York City.

The Prices Have Changed- The Best Way to Present Bad News to Sellers session will provide agents with the techniques they need in order to turn bad news into positive results for their sellers.

As a recognized leader in the sale of waterfront properties on Cape Cod, Grover brokered the highest sale of $20 million known to the Cape and Islands. In 1994, Grover co-founded Kinlin Grover Properties, a boutique firm specializing in distinctive homes. After the sale of the company in 1999, Grover continued his passion of delighting his clients and in 2007, Grover and his business partner, Bob Kinlin, personally sold over $180 million in luxury homes.

Northfield has been ranked in the top 1% of all ERA Associates Worldwide 1998-2007. He was Burgdorff Realtors number one agent for 2004 (volume) and 2005 (units) and overall in 2006 and 2007. He is also ranked number three nationally for all ERA associates and number one in New Jersey.
