MRIS, March 30, 2009-Appraisers – sign up today for the MRIS training class designed with you in mind. In less than an hour, you will learn how to gather the information you need to fill out the new FNMA Form 1004MC. In addition, you will learn how to use the new MRIS reports and short-cuts to assist you with this form. The following will also be covered; where to find the necessary information, how to calculate the market absorption rate, median, average, list price to sale price ratio, and much more.
MRIS is offering this class in our training locations throughout the area during the last week of March and first week of April.
To sign up for a class, please log into www.mris.com, hover over training and click enroll in a class. Place a checkmark in the box for Market Conditions, Appraisers Only. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the GO button. You may need to click the link “see all classes” if you do not see any classes appearing on your screen. Select the location or time that meets your schedule and click enroll.
The class runs approximately fifty minutes and includes a handout to take home with you.
