RISMEDIA, September 29, 2009—Instanet Solutions has announced that it is ready to release several new faxing related features for its DocBox, InstanetFax and TransactionDesk services. These exciting features give Instanet Solutions’ customers and users significant new functionality, including some not found in any competing online system for real estate users.

New features include: Email to fax which allows users to email documents from their own email client to single or multiple fax numbers; Print to Fax/Email/Upload- Instanet Solutions has developed a special Windows based print driver so any document can be ‘printed’ to either multiple fax numbers, multiple email addresses or uploaded directly into the inbox for DocBox or an existing transaction folder within TransactionDesk or DocBox; Mobile Print to fax-leveraging the stand alone email to fax function, users can ‘print’ documents to any fax machine from their mobile device/PDA; Personalized Vanity fax numbers- These personal fax numbers enable users to receive faxes at a personal number of their choice, which they can print on their business cards; Offline Intelligent Fax Coversheet – users can create and print a ‘fax to email’ and/or ‘fax to fax’ coversheet without having to go online and logging into the system, simply by using the intelligent PDF file coversheet saved to their desktop.

According to the company, something all of these new features have in common is that they are all accessed from outside of the application without the need to login directly to the interface. This gives users more ways to leverage the system and work more efficiently.

“We are accelerating our product development efforts and will be rolling out many significant new features over the coming months,” says Joe Kazzoun, vice president of business and product development at Instanet Solutions. “We want our customers and users to have the very best tools available; and we want to make it even easier for prospective clients to choose our platform.”
