The new office, located in Canton, will serve the Akron/Canton market including clients in Stark, Summit, Medina, Portage and Wayne counties. The new Howard Hanna Commercial office is managed by Jim Bellamy, formerly of Cutler Commercial Investment Group.

Bellamy joins Howard Hanna after almost 17 years with Cutler Commercial, where he was most recently Division Head and Manager. He has a proven track record of increasing commercial listings and sales. Proficient in all aspects of the commercial real estate transaction, Bellamy has participated in hundreds of different commercial transactions or business sales and acquisitions and has prepared evaluations and/or analyzed more than 500 different commercial properties and businesses. The Howard Hanna Commercial Division already has eight sales associates specializing in commercial real estate in the five county area.
