RISMEDIA, April 23, 2010—RISMedia’s 2010 Real Estate Leadership Conference—‘The Real Estate Social Media Summit’—will provide the perfect backdrop for real estate professionals who are looking to capitalize, even in today’s challenging market.

Industry experts Gino Blefari, Bill Keleher, Patrick Lashinsky, Ken Baris, Todd Hetherington and Christopher Meyers are among the top-producing agent panelists who will offer insight into how you can become an information age real estate company during the session titled: “Becoming an Information Age Real Estate Company” at this year’s Leadership Conference. The session will take place on Wednesday, June 9 from 10:30 -11:45 a.m. at the Hilton Rye Town in Westchester County, New York.

Here’s a more in-depth look at some of the panelists. Look for more profiles in Wednesday’s edition of the news.

Gino Blefari
Gino Blefari has more than 25 years of experience in real estate sales, development and management, from branch offices to regional and national operations. Founded in 2002 by Blefari, Intero Real Estate Services Inc. has quickly become one of the premier real estate brands in the country. At the 2007 NAR Conference & Expo, Blefari was given the prestigious RISMedia National Home Ownership Award for “outstanding achievements among residential real estate’s most influential and charismatic leaders.” In July of 2005, Intero Real Estate Services was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as the fastest growing real estate company in the nation. REALTOR® Magazine, the official magazine of the National Association of REALTORS®, ranked Intero #1 out of the approximately 80,000 brokerages nationwide in growth of sales and transaction sides with 167.6% and 128.3% increases respectively.

Bill Keleher
Bill Keleher has been a force in New Jersey real estate since 1969. After entering the business as a sales associate, he went on to become an office manager, a director of recruiting and training, a regional manager, a corporate officer, and finally president of the company that he would ultimately purchase. In December 2000, he merged his company, Prudential New Jersey Realty, with Prudential Pioneer Real Estate and Prudential Brown-Fowler REALTORS® to form Prudential New Jersey Properties. Keleher served for six years on the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates’ Network Advisory Council and also served for three years on the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service Advisory Board.

Patrick Lashinsky
As the Chief Executive Officer and President, Pat Lashinsky serves on the Board of Directors and is responsible for the company vision, planning, and overall strategy in addition to day to day oversight of the company’s overall operations and its growth and innovation initiatives. Lashinsky has previously served as President, Executive Vice President of Product Strategy and Development, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, and as Vice President of Sales at ZipRealty.

It’s never been more important to stand out among the competition than in today’s challenging market. Don’t miss your exclusive opportunity to learn how to become an information age real estate company. This session is not to be missed!

This year’s Conference will also focus on Social Media and Mobile Strategies for both brokers and sales associates to help these professionals best meet the demands of today’s home buyers and sellers. There will also be a track dedicated specifically for brokers, and additional business development and marketing sessions.
