Century 21 American Homes Earns Coveted Company Award

RISMEDIA, May 24, 2010—Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of one of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organizations announced it has selected Century 21 American Homes of East Meadow, NY as the 2010 Century 21 Art Bartlett 2100 Cup Award winner.

The 2100 Cup is the most coveted company award in the Century 21 System and is presented annually to the company that demonstrates the highest level of leadership, customer service and professionalism, as well as embraces all of the Century 21 tools and systems.

Century 21 American Homes has been a System member for 13 years. Owners Tom Gallagher and Michael Litzner have built the company based on the principles of personal relationships with customers and utilizing technology to benefit both the home buyer and the agents.

As such, they have developed their website (c21amhomes.com) into a marketing channel that highlights the attributes of their listings as well as promotes their relocation, title and mortgage services.
