Campaigner Takes the Guesswork Out of Analyzing the Success of E-mail Marketing Campaigns

RISMEDIA, December 2, 2010—Campaigner, a leading e-mail marketing service provider, has announced it has added powerful new features that offer small businesses a deeper level of analysis for their e-mail marketing campaigns.

Together, these tools make it easier to review the performance of each e-mail campaign sent and see which recipients took action on which message or offer. The result: increased effectiveness for each campaign and a greater connection with recipients.

“Today’s customers are looking to do business with organizations that connect with them personally, that know what they want and offer a unique experience tailored to meet their specific needs,” said Steve Adams, vice president of marketing for Protus, the provider of Campaigner. “These new features provide our customers the means to better understand how their subscribers interact with each e-mail campaign, offering them the ability to fine tune each message and achieve a personalized customer experience. The result will be more successful e-mail marketing campaigns that have a positive impact on a business’ bottom line.”

New features include:

-Resend this Campaign. Now, Campaigner subscribers can simply select “resend this campaign,” which will automatically duplicate their campaign of choice and prompt them to select appropriate recipients for the campaign. This means less time spent determining how to resend a successful campaign to specific recipients, such as welcome messages to new subscribers, reminders, or other limited time offers.

-Contact View. Analyze how each subscriber interacts with every campaign with new contact viewing capabilities, including what campaigns each contact received, whether they opened the campaign, and any further actions (i.e. what links they clicked on in the campaign, etc.). This unparalleled level of detail for each contact can help small businesses determine how best to segment their mailing lists to better target who is interested in what and cater e-mail sends to those preferences.

-Redefine Contact Lists On-the-Fly. Successful campaigns can now be easily resent to those who have not yet opened them without having to exit the campaign and edit a list separately. In addition, Campaigner customers can develop segments based on a particular activity during a specific timeframe (i.e. identify customers who clicked on a link within all or a select few e-mail campaigns in the last seven days).

-Online Viewing. Smartphone users and those using less popular e-mail programs are now able to view the campaign in its original form, without distorted graphics or faulty formatting. This online view link included in the e-mail is unique to each recipient.

These features are available immediately at Campaigner.com for current Campaigner customers. For small businesses interested in trying out these features, Campaigner offers a free 30-day e-mail marketing trial to help get started on effective e-mail marketing.
