RISMEDIA, May 12, 2011— A new edition of Prudential Network Realty’s Northeast Florida Relocation Guide has been published, the company has announced. The guide is a comprehensive tool designed for individuals, families and corporate transferees relocating to Northeast Florida from other areas of the country.

“Someone new to our area could be overwhelmed by the vast choices of communities in Northeast Florida, each having their own personality,” says Linda Lindenmoyer, director of relocation and real estate owned services for Prudential Network Realty. “Our guide is just one of the many resources we offer at Prudential Network Realty. Our relocation specialists have the expertise and experience to help anyone make a smooth and successful transition to Northeast Florida.”

Prudential Network Realty’s 56-page relocation guide is filled with information about Northeast Florida, including an overview of First Coast communities, details about recreational and cultural opportunities, moving tips and details about the many services Prudential Network Realty offers to individuals and companies relocating to Northeast Florida.

According to the company, Prudential Network Realty’s relocation specialists are knowledgeable about the area and have access to information buyers need about the community, homes on the market and financing services. They will arrange an orientation tour to familiarize the transferee with the area before making a purchase and answer questions. They can also provide temporary housing assistance, moving and shipping information and assistance with special family needs, including schools for children, moving pets, elder care and trailing partner employment assistance.

“Our relocation division sets our company apart,” says Prudential Network Realty Founder, President and CEO Linda H. Sherrer. “Whether it’s an individual, family or a corporation moving one person or a large group of employees, our team provides complete and efficient relocation services designed to make any move an easy one.”
