Prudential Florida Realty, Real Estate Services Leadership Team Completes Career Development Certification Program

RISMEDIA, June 28, 2011— Rei L. Mesa, President and Chief Executive Officer, Prudential Florida Realty, one of North America’s largest and most successful real estate brokerages and member of RISMedia’s Real Estate Information Network®, (RREIN)has announced that his entire executive and management team including “Family of Services” mortgage, title and insurance executives successfully completed the much heralded “Real Estate Coaching and Career Development Symposium.”

The three-day interactive and intensive curriculum created and facilitated by industry icon and leader, Allan Dalton, which is only available to RREIN members, was designed to educate and challenge brokers/ managers regarding the need to transform their cultures by placing relentless emphasis on Selection and Development versus merely Recruiting and Retention.

Mesa notes that manager after manager, after receiving their certificates of completion, commented that the program was the equivalent to a university semester both in its scope and depth. “I don’t know if I have ever participated in a program in my thirty years of real estate that was as collaborative and collectively engaging as this program is,” says Mesa. “Our Leadership team, while always focused on how to best serve both consumers and our sales professionals, have taken that attitude and commitment to even greater levels of self awareness and personal responsibility.”

The course not only consisted of discourse and discussion, but also placed a significant emphasis on debating. Observing every single company manager debating for and against company strategies, systems, and services not only achieved team collegiality and learning, but it was also fun-filled, and added group bonding.

“We cannot ever rest on laurels as Florida’s premier Company,” Mesa proclaims. “We must continue to strive to excel as our consumers, sales professionals, leadership team, support team and company deserve the very best!”
