More Than 100,000 Real Estate Professionals Now Using Market Leader to Grow Their Business

Market Leader (NASDAQ: LEDR) , an innovator in online marketing and technology solutions for real estate professionals, has surpassed 100,000 users of its award-winning real estate marketing software, less than six months after hitting the 50,000 user milestone, the company has announced.

According to the company, this achievement and the company’s user growth velocity have been driven by strong new customer sign-ups, ongoing rapid adoption of the eEdge software with Keller Williams, and the recent acquisition of SharperAgent.

The 100,000th user was Eric Jensen, a third-generation REALTOR® with Idaho Smart Agents in Meridian, Idaho. Jensen became the milestone user over the weekend at the National Association of Realtors Annual Convention in Anaheim, Calif.

“We already rely heavily on technology and the Internet to run our business, and look forward using Market Leader to accelerate our results and success into 2012,” says Jensen.

According to the company, Market Leader’s software platform provides a complete lead-to-close solution for individual agents as well as entire brokerage companies and franchise organizations. Real estate agents utilize Market Leader’s integrated software platform to create a compelling web presence, create and manage their marketing materials, generate a steady stream of leads, and help convert those leads into new clients, according to the company.

In addition, real estate teams, brokerage companies, and franchise organizations that provide this platform to their agents also benefit from tools that help them to recruit and retain agents, manage their teams and service levels, and monitor and manage their business.
