Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently expanded into its 25th state with the addition of Southwest REALTORS®, headquartered in Republic, Mo., the company has announced. The company, which will now operate as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Southwest Group, is led by co-owners Leslie Horner and Wes Cafourek and will service the Springfield, Republic, Billings, Clever, Marionville and Aurora areas.

According to the company, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Southwest Group is the eleventh brokerage to join the brand’s network this year. “Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Southwest Group is an innovative company that in a short time has become a market leader in Republic and western Missouri counties,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “Leslie and Wes have strategically positioned the company to expand their success into Springfield, the third largest city in Missouri, and we are thrilled to be the brand to support them in this growth.”

The brokerage was founded in 2004 by a core group of real estate professionals who have worked together for 20 years. The company plans to expand in the immediate future by adding a new office in Springfield, Mo. by the end of 2012.

“Joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network gives us an edge within our immediate and surrounding markets with its new age, dynamic approach to real estate that will be essential to our growth,” says Horner. “The brand’s name recognition and online tools provided by the network will enhance our marketing capabilities and generate new leads from day one.”
