Diane Turton, REALTORS® recently announced that Nita Rose, Frank Fontana, and Allen Rusca have been selected to receive the prestigious “2013 Five Star Real Estate Agent” Award by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
According to the company, the Five Star Real Estate Agent program is designed to identify and showcase local real estate agents that score highest in overall customer satisfaction. This level of excellence has been achieved by fewer than 7 percent of the real estate agents in a given market area.
Five Star-Professional, in conjunction with New Jersey Monthly Magazine will showcase all the 2013 award winners in a special section of their March, 2013 issue. Award recipients were identified through a rigorous survey sent to residents who recently purchased a home. Consumers who agreed to participate in the survey provided the name of the real estate agent and rated that individual based on ten areas of service: customer service, communication skills, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation skills, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation, post-sale service, and overall satisfaction.
These three agents are well known for their commitment to their buyers and sellers and it is that high level of service that has led to their recognition by Five Star Professional.
