NJBIZ Honors Realogy among 2013 Best Places to Work in New Jersey

Home News

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Realogy has been named one of the 2013 Best Places to Work in New Jersey by an NJBIZ program that evaluated the company’s practices and surveyed a random sampling of its New Jersey-based employees. The survey and award program identifies, recognizes and honors the top 100 places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

“We are proud that in our first year participating in this survey that Realogy was named to this list,” says Dave Weaving, chief administrative officer, Realogy. “We are committed to providing a work environment that builds upon the input we receive from our employees and to offering programs and benefits that keep them engaged and motivated to drive business results.”

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. Part one consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This phase was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. Part two consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This phase was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

The award program, created in 2005, is produced by NJBIZ. NJBIZ, program sponsors and partners will honor this year’s 100 Best Places to Work and announce their ranking during an awards dinner and ceremony on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Hilton East Brunswick.

The overall registration and survey process was managed by Best Companies Group (BCG). BCG also analyzed the data provided and used their expertise to determine the final rankings. The program is in partnership with Garden State Council SHRM, The New Jersey State Chamber, Employers Association of New Jersey and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
