Hanna is president of Howard Hanna Ohio, a division of Pittsburgh-based Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the fourth largest real estate brokerage in the country, with 144 offices and 4,700 associates in Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York, Ohio, and West Virginia.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Leadership Development Program of Yale University, Hanna is the third generation of the company started by his grandfather over 50 years ago. He is active in both professional and community activities, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Northern Ohio Multiple Listing Service (NORMLS), The Realty Alliance and the Trulia board. He is involved in leadership committees for North Coast Community Homes, which develops and maintains housing for individuals with developmental disabilities, Boys Hope, Girls Hope, University Hospitals Rainbow Children’s Hospital, The Cleveland Clinic, and NEO|SO. He is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a past Crain’s “40 Under 40 Business Leader.”
