Pat DeDonato, vice president of real estate services and supply chain management for Cartus Corporation, a leading provider of global relocation services, has received the Meritorious Service Award from Worldwide ERC®, the workforce mobility association, the company has announced.
DeDonato, a Worldwide ERC member for the past 15 years, received the award for her tireless efforts on behalf of the organization and the entire relocation industry, most recently presenting at several of the highly popular educational “Speed Session” webinars.
“Receiving this award from Worldwide ERC is a tremendous honor,” DeDonato says. “I am looking forward to continuing my work with the ERC on behalf of Cartus, the entire relocation industry, and ERC members worldwide.”
DeDonato, who has been with Cartus for 25 years, is responsible for the management and oversight of the daily global operations process and performance of the Cartus Destination Services Provider Network, which works in partnership with Cartus’ internal and external customers and suppliers to provide host country services. In support of Cartus objectives, her team supports the Network and Client Services Teams to ensure understanding of and contribution to the highest levels of customer service. DeDonato is also responsible for ensuring that suppliers’ performance supports business processes through appropriate metrics design and measurement.
