Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently announced the addition of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Legacy to its growing franchise network. Co-owners Jeff and Steffany Farmer have been servicing the local Savannah real estate market for more than 20 years and will actively oversee the growth and business strategies of the new brokerage, which will serve the Greater Savannah region including Chatham, Effingham and Bryan Counties, the company reports.

“Jeff and Steffany are uniquely positioned to leverage the power of our brand and help their new firm grow in their surrounding markets,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “They have partnered with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand in order to support their consumer-centric approach to the real estate business and provide the highest level of customer service. We are so thrilled to have them represent our brand.”

Jeff Farmer is a Savannah native and understands how the Georgia homebuyer has evolved over the past 20 years.

“Today’s consumer is connected and knowledgeable about the market, so it’s important that real estate professionals are deeply rooted in the communities in which they serve,” says Jeff Farmer. “When we decided to start our own brokerage, we wanted to partner with a brand that has a fresh approach to real estate. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has a deeply ingrained understanding of digital and social media that will give our agents a strong advantage. We are excited by the technology and marketing benefits provided by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as our team pursues the vision of building our legacy in Savannah through inspiration, innovation and superior service.”

Steffany Farmer has been a leader in the Savannah real estate market for nearly 20 years. She served as the director of the Savannah Board of REALTORS® and is a distinguished member of RISMedia’s Top 5 in Real Estate Network.

“As an agent myself, I understand the importance of being associated with a real estate agency that is built to offer the best service to homebuyers and sellers,” says Steffany Farmer. “Joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand makes us more relevant to the consumer before, during and after the real estate transaction, and we look forward to the strategic growth opportunities we look to accomplish in the coming months and years.”
