Top 4 Ways to Capture Mobile Business

• Keep the subject line short and to the point.
Make it seem as interesting as possible in the least amount of words so clients will feel compelled to open it. Thinking about how you would most like to see the subject line if the email was sent to you can help in this process.

• Include a call to action.
If clients are interested in finding more information about your services, make sure they have all the necessary links and pages to do so. Do not rely on them to look up this information on their own on their mobile device, provide it for them.

• Make your logo visible.
Keep your brand top of mind by placing your logo where it will stand out most. The header and footer of the email are two of the best places for brand awareness.

Local Searches
Many potential clients are looking for the “local real estate expert” to help them find their next home; make sure they know it’s you! With half of all local searches performed on mobile devices, a strong local presence is essential to gaining traffic back to your business.

All of today’s modern mobile devices use geo-targeting to provide users with the most accurate hyper-localized information and the highest rated search results on local businesses. Those appearing at the top of these results usually have the best customer reviews or ratings, and are most typically the first sites they will visit to find the information they are looking for.
