NewPoint Media Group Partners with Follr, Inc.

NewPoint Media Group has announced a marketing partnership with Follr, Inc. a New York-based software company. The deal provides Digital Identity Websites to clients of The Real Estate Book. Following successful test roll-outs in Florida and North Carolina, the offer will soon be extended nationally.

NewPoint Media Group, LLC ™ specializes in media solutions targeting the housing segment. The flagship brand, The Real Estate Book, offers print, web, mobile, direct mail and social media tools in over 300 print markets across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, distributing 3.8 million magazines monthly with a readership of over 8.2 million.

RealEstateBook.com features over 1.6 million listings and is updated daily through over 600 feeds.

As part of this new offer agents can easily create a Digital Identity Website including links to their own Website, Facebook page, LinkedIn account, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube channel plus professional profiles on RealEstateBook.com or any other site – thus solving the problem for the agent of being “scattered all over the Web” allowing clients to see their complete story in one place.

The TREB.me/Follr dashboard allows agents to send updates to multiple social outlets and their TREB.me wall from a single post along with statistical tracking and additional reporting available through either Google Analytics or an enhanced Follr account.

“In recognizing the importance of Digital Identity NewPoint Media Group is now able to benefit from the largest and most current opportunity in technology and marketing,” says Follr CEO Stephen Fells. “As a premier real estate brand and with enormous distribution this relationship is one we are particularly excited about.”

Although not limited to real estate, Follr Digital Identity Websites are used extensively throughout the industry and are also included in the latest e-PRO® technology certification. The product has real estate specific functionality and social profiles including REALTOR.com, ActiveRain and Inman News.

“We know that a good part of our offering is to help agents drive digital traffic from their offline advertising,” Scott Dixon, CEO of NewPoint Media Group. “This is a very intuitive and effective way to accomplish that because it leads users to the one place that represents the agent’s full digital story and agents in our test markets have been very excited about and receptive.”
