Realogy Holdings Corp., a global leader in real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation and settlement services, has issued its annual Realogy Diversity & Community Outreach Highlights Report infographic that showcases the Company’s diversity business initiatives and philanthropic activities of its employees, franchisees and their affiliated real estate sales professionals.

“We continue to work hard to maintain an inclusive company culture and drive our business closer to diverse market segments,” says Richard A. Smith, chairman, chief executive officer and president, Realogy Holdings Corp. “We are proud of the diversity initiatives and charitable outreach activities highlighted in this year’s report, and of all the people who so selflessly contributed to these notable efforts in the communities we serve.”

Photographs and statistics are prominently displayed throughout the report, which also includes videos of the Company’s tributes to military veteran families across Realogy. In 2013, Realogy underscored its focus on being a more military-friendly employer by joining the 100,000 Jobs Mission and Veterans on Wall Street, in addition to forming a veterans advisory group named SERVICE (Supporting the Engagement of Realogy Veterans in a Committed Effort), comprised of 31 Realogy employees.

On the charitable giving front, Realogy employees and independent sales professionals affiliated with its franchise brands made a wide range of contributions in the areas of safety and shelter, health and disability, environment, and food and clothing. Realogy’s total outreach efforts across its real estate brands and business units resulted in $12.8 million raised and contributed to charitable organizations in 2013, a 28 percent increase from 2012. This total includes $2.4 million raised and donated by the Realogy Charitable Foundation to 619 charities.

The Realogy Charitable Foundation operates 31 local chapters across 27 states. The Realogy Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting the philanthropic and volunteer activities of Realogy Holdings Corp. and its family of companies. Since 2004, the Foundation has coordinated the efforts of volunteers across the country to increase funding and awareness for local charities. The Realogy Charitable Foundation is incorporated in Delaware and its tax ID is 20-0755090.
