Leading real estate companies, For Rent Media Solutions™ (FRMS) and Homes.com® have announced two notable executive shifts with the promotion of Mike Bozeman to vice president of information technology and the appointment of Grant Simmons as vice president of search solutions. The changes are directly in line with organizational goals that will continue the aggressive pursuit and development of innovative technology solutions and SEO strategies to benefit clients, for which both Bozeman and Simmons will play an integral role moving forward.

“These shifts mark a significant time for both companies, as we continue to find synergies within our real estate brands. The Homes.com and For Rent Media Solutions teams are working closely to ensure best practices and strategic directions are aligned,” says Terry Slattery, president of For Rent Media Solutions and Homes.com. “These changes will ensure Homes.com and For Rent Media Solutions are providing improved consumer experiences and driving more leads to customers.”

As vice president of information technology for For Rent Media Solutions and Homes.com, Bozeman will be directly responsible for all aspects of product development and data processing for both brands and will work closely with both teams to continue building on success. During his time as vice president of For Rent Media Solutions, Bozeman led the brand to successful development of several mobile products, university-segmented search options and a complete ForRent.com website redesign.

Simmons joins both teams from The Search Agency in Los Angeles, Calif., where he was the senior director of SEO, serving industry-leading organizations such as Fox Sports, Walt Disney and Yell.com. In his 20-year marketing career, Simmons has worked with companies including Paramount Studios, M&M/Mars and UPS. Simmons will be responsible for search strategies for both ForRent.com and Homes.com, where he will oversee tactics and leverage opportunities to continue building both brands’ exposure and success, assisting with organic rankings to increase exposure of clients’ listings. Simmons will play a key role in navigating the complexities of the search engine optimization landscape to leverage synergies between the two brands.
