The McColly Foundation and McColly companies have joined to support Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots® Program, the company announces. From now until December 10, 2014, new, unwrapped toys can be dropped at any of the company’s 18 McColly Real Estate locations in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago Southland.
The toys collected will be distributed to the children of Porter, Lake and Jasper counties of Indiana and Will and Kankakee counties of Illinois.
Toys for Tots does not accept realistic looking weapons or gifts that include food. Please refrain from donating such items as they will NOT be distributed. Toys for Tots assist children up to age 12, however, some extend support to ages 13-16. Items purchased for this age group include, but is not limited to: sporting equipment, bags, balls, books, backpacks, cosmetics, purses, wrist watches, wallets, brush/comb gift sets, board games, remote control vehicles, hand-held electronics, skateboards, helmets, curling irons, hair straighteners, and hair dryers.
