Realogy Named among 2015 Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ

For the third consecutive year, Realogy Holdings Corp has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ. Realogy, a global leader in residential real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation, and title and settlement services, has a significant employee presence in New Jersey, with its corporate headquarters in Madison, its Title Resource Group subsidiary based in Mt. Laurel and 54 company-owned real estate brokerage office locations throughout the state operating as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

“We are honored to accept this award for the third consecutive year and are committed to making our workplace one that continues to attract and retain top talent in New Jersey,” says Richard A. Smith, chairman, chief executive officer and president of Realogy.

NJBIZ will honor this year’s 100 Best Places to Work and announce their ranking during an awards reception and ceremony on April 30, at the Hilton East Brunswick.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.  The survey and awards program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 35 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees), and 65 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees). Realogy has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the large company category.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. Part one consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This phase was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. Part two consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This phase was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

The overall registration and survey process was managed by Best Companies Group, which also analyzed the data provided and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
