Cartus Corporation, a leading provider of global relocation services, has been named a 2015 recipient of four awards for excellence from the non-profit organization Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE) of Gaithersburg, Md.
Cartus—the only relocation provider to be named—was a winner in each of AWE’s four award categories: Workplace Excellence Seal of Approval; Health & Wellness Seal of Approval; EcoLeadership Award; and Diversity Champion Award, in which Cartus was one of only a dozen winners nationwide.
Over the past 16 years, AWE has been dedicated to empowering employers to build excellence in the workplace as a means of supporting the quality of life for employees, their families, and the community at large. The organization is dedicated to increasing the number of excellent workplaces within the business community through education and recognition, as a means to enhance the quality of life of its citizens and empower economic growth.
All award recipients underwent a rigorous assessment process led by an independent panel of business professionals as well as master’s- and Ph.D.-level students in the fields of business, industrial and organizational psychology, human resources, environmental science, and public health.
