Halstead Property Doubles Size of Greenwich, Conn. Office

Reading Time: 2 mins read

As a sign of their commitment to the Fairfield County marketplace, Halstead Property has doubled the size of their Greenwich, Connecticut office by moving to 125 Mason Street. With more than 10,000-square-feet, the new state-of-the-art office space has been completely renovated to suit the leading real estate firm and its agents in the Greenwich community. Encompassing 3 floors, the Halstead Greenwich office features 5 conference rooms, a library, private offices and a superb training facility.

To promote the new office, the firm launched a new advertising campaign that will be seen in prime locations on 1-95, Metro-North train stations and top media outlets. In addition, Halstead is promoting via social media to more than 100,000 active social followers as well as on the back cover of their widely-read magazine, the Halstead Portfolio.

“It was crucial that we found the perfect location for our clients, customers and agents – and we are so proud of the result. We are absolutely thrilled to be at such an ideal location on Mason Street, within walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants in Downtown Greenwich and easy access to all major transportation. We are excited to show it off in the next few weeks to the community,” explained Joann Erb, Director of Sales for Halstead’s Greenwich office.

“Halstead Property has always been committed to smart, strategic growth. When we expanded to the Connecticut marketplace nearly six years ago, we were so proud to have opened in Greenwich, Darien, Rowayton, New Canaan, Stamford, Westport and Wilton. Based on the phenomenal success that we have experienced in these local communities, we identified a strong need to increase our Greenwich presence and build an outstanding training facility for our agents. We are beyond excited about our new space,” says Diane M. Ramirez, Chief Executive Officer of Halstead Property.

Halstead Property now boasts 7 offices throughout Fairfield County. For more information, visit www.halstead.com.
