BurkeRISMEDIA, May 18, 2015–McColly Companies would like to congratulate Kathy R. Burke, Broker, McColly Real Estate, Highland office, on earning the nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification.  The National Association of REALTORS® confers the MRP certification to REALTORS® who want to help military personnel and veterans find housing solutions that best meet their needs and allow them to take full advantage of their military benefits.

As the wife of a United States Marine Veteran she knows when military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional that understands their needs and timetables can make the transfer easier, faster and less stressful.  REALTORS® who earn this certification know to work with active duty military buyers and sellers, as well as veterans.

Kathy has also been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABRâ) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSâ (NAR).

Kathy R. Burke joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABRâdesignation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
