Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently announced the addition of Flagler Beach-based brokerage, Flagler Coastal Properties, to its growing franchise network. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Synergy, led by broker/owner Kendall Caputo, will continue to serve the communities of Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Port Orange and Daytona Beach Shores.

“By championing a client-first philosophy, Kendall Caputo and his team have earned an impeccable reputation for premium customer service, which we are thrilled to cultivate under the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC.  “With their commitment to professionalism and innovation, the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Synergy is poised to make great strides in their rapidly expanding community.”

Caputo and his wife, Rose, began selling real estate in Palm Coast in 2007, shortly after the U.S. Census Bureau ranked Flagler County the fastest-growing county in the nation. The brokerage prides itself on the quality of its career-oriented, experienced real estate professionals who are committed to providing premium experiences to a select group of customers who value positive energy, collaboration and outstanding results. Each of their real estate professionals possesses a wide range of specialized insights, ranging from condominiums to gated and waterfront properties, all within these highly sought-after destination communities.

“Sherry Chris’ vision of a next generation real estate brokerage was the inspiration and blueprint for what we built and who we are as a company,” says Caputo. “Aligning with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate was the natural next step in our evolution, and is the only franchise with which we considered affiliating. We know that our affiliation will allow us to continue to provide our customers with fresh thinking and outstanding results, while also equipping our dedicated agents with the tools to grow both personally and professionally.”

In addition to the company’s focus on proficiency, it is well known for its commitment to community service, as evidenced by Governor Jeb Bush awarding Caputo the Florida Commendation Medal for leadership, initiative and altruism in 2005. Caputo and his team of professionals remain active members of their local community.
