“If anyone else is aspiring to a leadership role, my door is always open,” she continues. “My advice to you is, go for it, do it! Have an impact, make a difference. My goals, going forward, are to help our company increase our market share by 2020 (#10in20). The best way to do that is to develop other leaders and help our agents be more productive than ever. And if we all work together we can achieve that goal.”
