F.C. Tucker Company recently announced it has standardized its real estate transaction process with DocuSign, Inc. (DocuSign®), using DocuSign Transaction Rooms and eSignature. Tucker’s 800 sales associates in central Indiana will now have the speed and convenience of sending, signing and managing real estate documents completely digitally using DocuSign from any device, anywhere, at any time. Coupled with DocuSign’s industry-leading approach to controlling, managing and encrypting data, F.C. Tucker can provide clients with a secure, fully digital experience from listing to close.

“We partnered with DocuSign because the security of our client’s data is one of our core values,” says Tucker’s Director of Training and Technology Advancement, Angela Raab.  “This system is designed specifically to reduce the paperwork friction of a traditional real estate transaction. Our agents will be able to better manage the process for their clients, creating truly exceptional real estate experiences.”

“We’re excited to welcome F.C. Tucker into our family of real estate customers benefitting from the security and simplicity of DocuSign Transaction Rooms and eSignature,” says Georg Gerstenfeld, VP & GM Global Real Estate Solutions, DocuSign. “We’ve dedicated significant resources into optimizing our products for real estate professionals, and it’s rewarding to see leading companies like F.C. Tucker adopting DocuSign to provide agents and clients with reliable, secure, digital experiences.”

Raab said DocuSign enables the company to protect its clients’ data and reduce the paperwork involved in real estate transactions.

“We’re excited about providing a fully digital experience from listing to close,” she said. “We like the security and efficiency that DocuSign provides, helping our sales associates better serve home buyers and sellers. Our strategic partnership with DocuSign has proven to be one based on excellent customer service. We feel they listen to our vision for what we would like our agent and consumer experience to be and implement that vision quickly. We are looking forward to a wonderful partnership with them.”

F.C. Tucker is Indiana’s largest independently owned real estate firm with more than 40 offices and 1,500 sales associates across Indiana and select parts of Kentucky. Closing more than $3 billion in annual sales and offering a comprehensive set real estate services, including mortgages, title insurance, relocation services, a full line of insurance products, auctioning and homeowner warranty products, F.C. Tucker has earned a reputation in the industry of delivering outstanding client experiences.

Reconcile Transactions Weekly, Not Monthly

Frequent reconciliation helps brokerages catch errors early, avoid end-of-month scrambles and keep cash flow predictable. Stay ahead of errors.
