Engel & Völkers has announced the grand opening of Engel & Völkers Bonita-Estero, located at 26381 South Tamiami Trail No. 108, across from Bonita Bay and Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs, Fla.
On February 4th 2016, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the new Bonita-Estero office. VIP Guests included: the Mayor of Bonita Springs, the Honorable Ben L. Nelson Jr., Senior Vice President of Engel & Völkers North America, Peter Ianos, Chief Operating Officer of Engel & Völkers North America, Jim Ramsay, and members of Engel & Völkers North America’s management and advisory team. VIP guests and customers then proceeded to a private White Party held at The Colony Golf & Country Club.
Engel & Völkers Olde Naples, opened its first location in Southwest Florida in January 2010. The Olde Naples shop is located on prestigious 5th Avenue South in downtown Naples, Florida. In July 2015, the company acquired Florida Platinum Realty, which was renamed Engel & Völkers Bonita-Estero, which is now a part of Engel & Völkers Naples Bonita-Estero (EVNBE). The Bonita Springs office has since been renovated and redecorated in the chic white style for which Engel & Völkers is known worldwide. The Bonita Springs office will be Engel & Völkers’ 23rd location in Florida.
