Texas Brokerage Affiliates With Century 21 Real Estate

Home Industry News

Reading Time: 2 mins read

A Texas-based real estate brokerage, Nathan Grace Real Estate, has affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate LLC by partnering with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, Century 21 Real Estate recently announced. Nathan Grace is now operating as CENTURY 21 Nathan Grace Fine Homes & Estates, and will continue to serve real estate needs throughout Dallas and Collin counties.

“The value-add for real estate consumers in the Dallas-Fort Worth market is that we share a similar culture and the values of a truly service-centric organization,” says Jim Fite, CEO of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company. “We joined forces with Nathan Grace knowing that this partnership would provide enhanced services to the people we serve and lead to the continued success of both brokerages and their agents.”

“The partnership allows the Nathan Grace team the capability of serving their clients with a company that offers national and international recognition, relocation services, and property management and leasing,” says Jan Fite Miller, executive vice president of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company. “The combination of both companies’ leadership builds a powerhouse of experience that is second to none in the marketplace.”

“Our legacy is deep-rooted in this industry,” says Nick Bailey, president and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “However, it is the innovative spirit, agent focus and hustle from our sales professionals, and the authentic interaction we openly encourage with homebuyers and sellers, that is the cultural foundation of today’s iconic C21® brand and the driving force that helps affiliates like Judge Fite grow.

“Consumers and industry professionals looking for a new place to call home should feel confident—like me—that Jim, Jan and the leadership teams at both brokerages will work well together to deliver the best personalized experience possible,” Bailey says. “This is terrific news for us, but even better news for homebuyers and sellers throughout Texas.”

Nathan Grace has 160 agents and five offices. The combined entity of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company and CENTURY 21 Nathan Grace Fine Homes & Estates now consists of approximately 1,000 agents in 25 offices.
