Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Perrie Mundy Realty Group Opens Riverside Headquarters

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Perrie Mundy Realty Group has opened a new flagship headquarters in Riverside, Calif., the company recently announced. The company will operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty at the headquarters, as well as at its Moreno Valley office; it will continue to operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Perrie Mundy Realty Group at its Redlands office.

“Our brokerage has doubled its production and size in the two years since joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and it’s time to expand our reach to other vibrant markets in the Inland Empire,” says Perrie Mundy, broker and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Perrie Mundy Realty Group. “We chose Riverside as our first step for its family-minded demographic, percolating economy and pro-business environment. Homeownership is alive and well in the city and surrounding communities and we’re here to serve.”

“We anticipate growth and are looking for agents who love the business and enjoy helping homebuyers and sellers,” says Dave Corey, broker and president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Perrie Mundy Realty Group, who will oversee operations at the Riverside headquarters. “We promise a terrific work environment and the opportunity to rapidly grow business.”

“We’re excited for Perrie Mundy Realty Group and California Realty and the new headquarters,” says Gino Blefari, CEO and president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices/HSF Affiliates. “The brokerage is growing and wonderfully positioned for the future.”

The Riverside headquarters, occupying the ground floor and 6,000 square feet at 6349 Riverside Ave., will accommodate up to 60 agents and staff. Amenities include progressive layouts, contemporary appointments and full tech and training support. Work environments are bright, inviting and encourage collaboration throughout the real estate process. The headquarters includes a video and podcast studio, and a training environment ready for live and virtual instructor-led coaching.

“We’re sharply focused on the success of our agents,” Corey says. “Our new facility and its amenities and resources make it a joy to conduct and grow business.”
