Realty ONE Group Celebrates Its First Year as the ‘UNbrokerage’

Realty ONE Group is celebrating its first year as the “UNbrokerage.” According to the company, it has achieved several milestones in the past year, including:

  • Being the leader in marketshare in Las Vegas for nine straight years
  • One new franchise signing a week
  • Two offices surpassing $1 billion in sales (Irvine, Calif., and Summerlin, Nev.)
  • On average, a Realty ONE Group real estate professional closed a transaction every 11 minutes
  • Successfully recruited one real estate professional every two hours
  • Launched New York’s Times Square advertising campaign where 1.3 million visitors saw five unique video ads on five screens a total of 25,000 times
  • Over 100-plus new followers a week on social media
  • Continues to be 100 percent family-owned and 100 percent debt-free since day one
